PROJECT TO DISSEMINATE AND INTEGRATE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES INTO FRENCH INDUSTRIAL SECTORS

  • Adopt'IA is a global project to support the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) by French companies, in order to accelerate the deployment of AI in the economy.
  • It is aimed primarily at medium-sized and intermediate companies (SMEs and ETIs), which are not AI specialists and the majority of which are not using this technology, despite its undisputed potential.
  • It will consolidate aivancity's positioning and ambitions in the field of trusted and responsible AI. The impact of this project in terms of spreading an AI culture within companies and among young people will be considerable.

SUPPORTING THE ADOPTION OF IA TECHNOLOGIES WITH CONFIDENCE AND RESPONSIBILITY IN COMPANIES AND AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE AND JOBSEEKERS

Adopt'IA is based on OPIIEC's 2019 diagnosis, recommending developing hybrid training and awareness programs, and training managers in digital technology adoption use cases in priority sectors.

The project is a comprehensive 5-year (trans)training scheme, in three parts:

  • Identification of responsible use cases for AI and data (the most widespread and those with the greatest impact on business performance), leading to the production of around a hundred video capsules to raise awareness of the potential of the technology and its adoption in the strategies of target companies
  • Creation of 10 MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses), validated by aivancity's unique certification registered in France competence's specific Register: Integrating the artificial intelligence approach into corporate strategy
  • Dissemination of this content to a wide and varied public, on the school's aivancityX platform, enabling free, open access to all and dynamic analysis of their impact

The project's main target is managers and middle managers of French SMEs and ETIs, in four sectors identified by OPIIEC: financial services, industry 4.0, retail and business services.

Internal and external learners, students and job seekers will also be targeted. They will benefit from the project's awareness-raising activities, interaction with employers and guidance potential, reinforced by the analyses made possible with target companies. Extensive analysis work will be carried out right from the dissemination phase (data collected on the spot, surveys, cross-sectional studies), then integrated into a dedicated program, aivancity's Observatory of Responsible AI Practices. These results will be shared at the end of the project, to disseminate a three-stage AI deployment methodology : Awareness, (trans)Training and Adaptation
