RECEPTION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

aivancity opens its trainings to the largest number of people and welcomes people with disabilities, able to follow training in the school's field of specialization.   

 

DISABILITY REFERENT

Your handicap referent designated by the school is Lucile Robinet, Content & PR manager – robinet@aivancity.ai

Her missions are to:

  • Accompany people with disabilities, including people wishing to find their way or redirect themselves through training.
  • Propose the adaptations necessary for the smooth running of their training and, where applicable, their training contract.

 

AIVANCITY’S PREMISES CAN ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY.  

Please inform us would you attend in a wheelchair, or any other device, before the training, so that our staff can welcome you in the best conditions.

aivancity adapts its premises in accordance with several parameters that allow the reception of people with disabilities such as: the width of accesses, paths, doors... the nature and slope of the floors, points to sit down or take a break, lighting, color contrast, an adapted reception desk, adapted signage.

 

STAFF TRAINING

aivancity is committed to training its staff in welcoming and accompanying its guests in accordance with the current legislation. “In establishments open to the public with a capacity of more than two hundred people, the employer provides training in the reception and support of disabled persons for professionals in contact with users and clients” Article L4142-3-1 of the Labor Code.

 

OTHER SITUATIONS OF DISABILITY

Aivancity’s disability consultant will consider a possible adaptation of your workstation according to your needs.  

 

EXAMS AND COMPETITIONS

We may allocate extra time credit for assessments in the case of visual impairments and dyslexia or related disorders, upon presentation of a medical certificate or other administrative justification.
