INCREASED EQUITY

As part of aivancity's AI and Disability at Work Chair with the support of SOGERES, SOGERES and aivancity have teamed up to produce the first white paper on artificial intelligence (AI) for disability at work. The paper examines AI's advances in this field and its potential to improve the lives of disabled workers.
15% of the world's population, or one billion people, live with a disability. In France, 2.7 million people of working age are recognized as disabled, with an employment rate of 35%...
AI is revolutionizing assistance for people with disabilities by adapting to individual needs, providing data for medical prevention, and fostering innovation. A collaborative "by design" approach integrates these solutions into the workplace, encouraging awareness and reinforcing prevention. This transformation can help companies evolve during the transition from approved agreements, also attracting the interest of public authorities. In short, AI aims to be a catalyst for positive change in society.
