Welcoming people with disabilities

Aivancity opens its training courses to as many people as possible and welcomes individuals with disabilities who are able to follow training courses in the school's area of specialization. 

Disability advisor

Its missions consist of
  • Supporting people with disabilities, including those who wish to pursue or change career paths through training.
  • Integrate people with disabilities by developing their knowledge and skills and facilitating their integration into employment, in line with their career plans.
  • Propose the necessary adjustments to ensure the smooth running of their training and, where applicable, their training contract.

The aivancity premises are accessible to people with reduced mobility. 

Please let us know if you will be using a wheelchair or any other equipment before the training session so that our staff can welcome you in the best possible conditions. Aivancity adapts its premises according to several parameters that enable it to welcome people with disabilities, such as: the width of access points, walkways, doors, etc. the nature and slope of the floors, places to sit or take breaks, lighting, color contrast, an adapted reception desk, and adapted signage.

Staff training

aivancity is committed to training its staff in welcoming and assisting people with disabilities in accordance with current legislation. "In establishments open to the public with a capacity of more than two hundred people, the employer shall provide training in welcoming and assisting people with disabilities for professionals in contact with users and customers." Article L4142-3-1 of the Labor Code.

If you have a recognized disability, please do not hesitate to let us know. The disability representative at aivancity will consider any adjustments that may be needed to your workstation based on your needs.  

Exams and Competitions 

We can allocate additional time for assessments in cases of visual impairments and dyslexia or related disorders, upon presentation of a medical certificate or other administrative documentation.

Launch of the white paper dedicated to AI in the service of disability at work

  • As part of aivancity's AI and Disability at Work Chair with the support of SOGERES, SOGERES and aivancity have teamed up to produce the first white paper on artificial intelligence (AI) for disability at work. The paper examines AI's advances in this field and its potential to improve the lives of disabled workers.
