Certification

This module is the first part of the "Data Science and Modeling" certificate. The objective is to learn how to visualize data and perform exploratory data analysis, then explore the power of data and its role in corporate decision-making.

This certification is valid for 5 years.

You can choose to prepare for the entire qualification gradually over time or have your additional skills recognized through the VAE (validation of acquired experience) process.

This course will provide you with:

Basic knowledge and business applications of data science.
Practical experience in data cleaning and visualization.
The skills to implement data solutions in your company.

Contents

Module 1

Data science and artificial intelligence

Discover the fundamentals of data science and its role in business decision-making.
The main concepts covered in this module are: data-driven decision making, data encoding methods, and the Python programming language using Pandas and Jupiter Notebook.

Module 2

Data cleaning and visualization

Focus on data cleaning and data visualization methods: how to understand data and how to highlight its information.
The main concepts covered in this module are: data cleaning, data visualization, the NumPy and Matplotlib libraries, and visual storytelling.

Module 3

Clean and visualize a business database

Exploring a practical example for cleaning, understanding, and visualizing a business database.
The main concepts covered in this module are: data-driven decision making, data cleaning, data visualization, and visual storytelling.
