Sarah Ghobadi shares the choices she has had to make during her career, how to deal with the pressure of French political institutions... and how to combine ambition with personal pace.

Sarah Ghobadi began her international career in 2010, working for the French Consulate General in São Paulo, Brazil. After five years, she prepared for the competitive entrance exam to ENA, France's most prestigious public school, and joined the school in January 2017. In January 2019, Sarah Ghobadi joined the French Ministry of Economy and Finance as Chief of Staff to the Secretary General. At the end of a ten-year career, and after one last very intense post (management of COVID and the stimulus plan in particular), she is embarking on another career, moving into the private sector.
