State recognition

State recognition certifies that an institution makes a useful contribution to the public service of higher education. It is based on an assessment of the institution's operations, its courses, and its management and teaching staff.

Program aimed at students with five years of higher education / Master's degree

In addition to its recognition by the French government, aivancity is now authorized to award a certified master's degree for its five-year Grande École Program. This degree, historically registered at level 7 of the RNCP (French National Register of Professional Certifications), thus becomes the first certified master's degree in France in the field of artificial intelligence and data.

The awarding of a master's degree by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research constitutes a major academic recognition. It guarantees students a five-year higher education diploma that is fully registered within the European LMD framework, ensuring international recognition, the possibility of continuing their studies, and enhanced academic and professional recognition, both in France and abroad.

As a reminder, the state visa and master's degree are awarded following a rigorous evaluation process based on in-depth academic assessment and the appointment of admissions and graduation committees by the ministry.

In this regard, several key criteria were examined by MESRIE, including:

  • the quality and qualifications of the teaching and scientific teams,
  • the strength of the human, material, and financial resources mobilized,
  • the quality of equipment, infrastructure, and premises.
  • the excellence and consistency of the training provided,
  • the intensity of research and pedagogical innovation activity,
  • the program's alignment with academic standards for a master's degree.
Direct consequence for applicants: students wishing to join aivancity in the first year of the Grande École Program can apply directly via Parcoursup, while benefiting from a course leading to a recognized master's degree, a guarantee of academic quality, long-term employability, and international recognition.

aivancity also has two qualifications that are certified and recognized by the government (Department of Labor) through their inclusion in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP), a database that lists certifications and diplomas recognized by the government:

The MSc Data Engineering & Cloud Computing and Data Management programs at aivancity award a Level 7 professional certification (equivalent to a five-year higher education degree). Recognized by the French government as part of their registration in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP), professional certifications, like state diplomas, attest to a level of study corresponding to the registered qualification level.

This certification aims to prepare students for careers as " Big Data Infrastructure and Processing Experts " and responds to a growing need among companies in France and around the world.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Aivancity is authorized to accept scholarship recipients starting in the 2023 academic year by decree of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.

It concerns:

  • Students enrolled in the Grande École Program during their initial training program.
  • Students who meet the following social criteria: academic requirements, age, degree, nationality, and resources as stipulated by the regulations.

This accreditation opens up opportunities for public funding from the Grande École Program for its students, and this is what the aivancity team has been working towards.

This favorable decision was made in light of the state's recognition and approval of the Grande École Program, attesting to the quality of our courses, the profile of our teachers, the quality of our equipment and facilities, the organization of our school, the human, material, and financial resources we have mobilized, and our research activities. Aivancity aims to provide its students with the best possible learning experience and therefore calls on all possible stakeholders to help create an innovative school that sets an international benchmark.
