Target audience and presentation

This program is designed for all professionals, whether managers, executives, or experts, regardless of their field—marketing, finance, human resources, information systems, logistics, sales, production, customer service, research and development, quality, purchasing, legal, or communications. It aims to provide a better understanding of the challenges posed by artificial intelligence and data for businesses, with a focus on practical issues and case studies.
It has almost become commonplace to talk about the growth of the artificial intelligence and data market, especially with the emergence of generative AI, which adds an exciting new dimension to this constantly evolving landscape. Every two days, humanity produces as much information as it did from the dawn of civilization until 2003. More than 90% of the data available today was produced in the last two years. And this volume of digital information doubles every two years.
In France, the digital mission for large groups launched by the government in 2020 to accelerate the digital transformation of businesses includes the project "Developing a common strategy on artificial intelligence" among its five major projects identified as priorities. This cannot be achieved without supporting managers in understanding the challenges related to AI and big data.
This training does not seek to turn everyone in the company into a "data scientist" or "data analyst," or even an expert in AI and machine learning. It aims to provide them with an in-depth overview of the field of AI. By introducing them to key concepts and practical applications, it enables them to better understand the implications of this emerging technology in their field of activity and to better guide their decision-making processes. This knowledge of the landscape is essential for them to know, first of all, whether to integrate/accelerate an AI and data approach into their strategic perspectives and, if so, where and how to move forward on this path.

Objectives

By the end of this training, you will know:
  • Understand and identify the potential of artificial intelligence and the use of big data for your organization, including the opportunities offered by generative AI, in order to detect the economic opportunities offered by the use of AI.
  • Analyze the impact of AI use on the organization, taking into account the implications of generative AI, while understanding and anticipating changes in human and material resources in order to successfully implement AI and ensure the sustainability of the proposed solutions.
  • Structure a data business model for your organization by identifying the process of analyzing and processing big data with the aim of driving growth and added value for the customer/user.
  • Implement effective data management practices while considering security, protection, and quality assurance aspects.
  • Identify the human and ethical considerations of using AI and data, taking into account the regulatory framework and issues of algorithmic bias and robustness, in order to contribute to the implementation of trustworthy and responsible technological innovations.
