aivancity supports me in my search for financing

aivancity does everything possible to help you bring your project to fruition.

There are a multitude of schemes available to help project leaders finance their training. Our team is on hand to help you put together your personalized financing plan. Remember to start looking for funding early: Some programs take a long time to process. Between putting together your application, waiting for a response, and following up if necessary, it can take several months between your initial application and receiving funding. We recommend that you start looking for funding as soon as you begin your project, or at least 4 to 6 months before the start date of your training.

  • If you are an employee, this allows you to present your training project to your employer during your annual review or to request a date when business is slower.
  • If you are unemployed, this period will allow you to prepare your application with your Pôle Emploi advisor.

I am an employee. What options are available to finance my training?

You invest in yourself, in your potential, for yourself and for your company. As an employee, what options are available to you?

I use my CPF
The personal training account (CPF) is a public continuing education program. Automatically credited after each year of work, it can be used as a means of payment to finance training. As an employee, you can therefore use your CPF to finance your training. The process is done online via the Mon Compte Formation app or website.
Our training courses are listed there. You can select the aivancity training course of your choice and your request will be automatically sent to us. If you are planning a career change, the CPF for professional transition allows you to take temporary leave from your company to follow a certified training course enabling you to change your job or profession.
You can now benefit from a €1,000 government subsidy to help you finance training in digital professions. Anyone eligible for the CPF (personal training account) can now obtain additional funding of €1,000 to take a course in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. The government has introduced this new financial aid as part of the France Relance plan.
This assistance allows you to benefit from a €1,000 contribution to take a training course in the digital sector. The contribution of up to €1,000 supplements your CPF balance if it is insufficient to finance the CPF-eligible training courses that interest you.
This government assistance can be combined with other sources of funding (region, OPCO, employer). This additional funding for digital training is automatically offered on the Mon Compte Formation website or app.

I am requesting coverage by my company's OPCO (joint commission for collective training).

Skills operators (OPCOs) support companies in meeting their professional training obligations. As such, your employer can use its training capital and call on its designated OPCO to finance your training.

I inquire about my employer's skills development plan.
The skills development plan lists all the training courses offered by a company to its employees. This plan may include a training fund dedicated to employee training. You can therefore apply for funding for your training under this scheme.

I am unlocking my Personal Training Account (CPF)

I am an entrepreneur/self-employed worker. How can I finance my training?

As with other assets, you can also unlock your CPF funds to finance your aivancity training.

I go through a Training Insurance Fund (FAF)

Self-employed workers depend on a FAF. In return for their contribution to vocational training, they can therefore, under certain conditions, obtain full or partial coverage of the cost of their training.

To receive this assistance, you must submit a request to your designated FAF:

  • The FIF-PL, for the liberal professions
  • AGEFICE, if you are a retailer or self-employed manager in commerce, industry, or services
  • The FAFCEA, if you are a craftsman

Your application must be submitted at least one month before the start of the training course (or, at the latest, 10 days before, if you are a self-employed professional).

I am a job seeker. How can I finance my training?

I request that my CPF be released by Pôle Emploi.

When you are unemployed, the amount accumulated in your personal training account during your periods of employment is maintained. You can release it to finance your training project. You must submit a request to Pôle Emploi in writing or via the KAIROS platform.

I am applying for Individual Training Assistance (AIF).

Individual training assistance (AIF) is a form of assistance paid by Pôle Emploi. It is intended for job seekers who wish to retrain or start their own business, under certain conditions. To be eligible, applicants must present their project to their advisor. If the project is approved, they must submit the quote via the KAIROS platform to request coverage.

I receive remuneration during training from Pôle Emploi (RFPE).

Pôle Emploi provides remuneration during training for job seekers who are enrolled in an approved training program and are not receiving unemployment benefits. The RFPE is paid under certain conditions, and the amount depends on the duration of the training and the applicant's personal situation. To receive this benefit, you must submit a request to your Pôle Emploi advisor.
