Biography

With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, I founded the firm Ramp-Up-RH.

My commitment: to address the day-to-day needs of HR directors and executives, and to support them in their efforts to build up their HR capabilities. My experience and convictions lead me to integrate all aspects of HR with business, social, and environmental challenges to meet my clients’ needs. Drawing on my experience working with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-market companies, I have developed a practical, hands-on approach. I ensure the HR fundamentals are solid while developing and improving the company’s HR service offerings. In the spirit of sharing best practices, I teach HR courses to master’s students and employees in continuing education programs.
