Artificial Intelligence
Justine Dima is an associate professor of human resources management at the Haute École d'Ingénierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud (Switzerland) and a doctoral student in management at Laval University (Canada). She has worked in the field of human resources internationally. She is also a member of the International Observatory on the Societal Impacts of AI and Digital Technology (OBVIA). Her research focuses on artificial intelligence, human resources management, change management, new technologies, and occupational health. She has presented her work at international conferences and published articles in international journals. Finally, she has also given presentations and training courses to companies in these areas of expertise.
