This program is designed for information systems managers (CIOs, IT managers, etc.), Database Administrator, IT Project Manager...) and, more generally, those in charge of new technologies (CTO: Director of New Technologies) who wish to be trained in AI and massive data management tools, while including a business and ethical approach of the use of data.
The arrival of AI and Big Data in companies has a direct impact on business models. According to a 2018 study by Forester: “The benefits from AI initiatives are real. Half of the companies surveyed expect a ROI on AI investments multiplied by 2 to 5. AI is already delivering results in about one-third of companies, such as improved customer service, revenue growth, reduced risk and improved operational efficiency”.

It is essential that CIOs acquire a new technical background around AI and Data, which has been at the heart of the strategic evolution of companies in recent years, and that they know the new profiles they will have to integrate to implement this strategy. This certified training course is organized around a triptych: implementation of AI solutions in a company, management of Big Data systems, safety, legal and ethical considerations.
At the end of this training you will be able to..:
Understand and identify the challenges of implementing artificial intelligence solutions in the enterprise by identifying the technical issues and business impacts in order to adapt the organization and architecture of the information system.
Apply the best methods of exploitation of massive data (collection, aggregation, filtering, cleaning, improvement, tagging,...) by identifying the technical solutions and the adequate providers allowing their use by an analytical treatment or an artificial intelligence.
Reinforce the security of IT systems to meet the new challenges posed by the use of massive data and artificial intelligence by establishing a data governance reference system.
Identify the human and ethical considerations of AI and data use, taking into account the regulatory framework and issues of bias and algorithm robustness, in order to contribute to the implementation of technological innovations of trust and accountability.
MODULE 1 Implementing enterprise AI solutions
This module aims to develop precise knowledge on the technical aspects of AI (machine learning, neural networks, statistical learning, natural language analysis (NLP), image analysis etc.) and Big Data (storage computing architectures, data and cloud management, massive data management paradigms, parallelization (MapReduce), distributed systems (Hadoop and HDFS). It also helps identify various impacts in terms of added value, implementation costs, maintenance and risks.
MODULE 2 Big Data Management
The objective of this module is to understand the different aspects of Big Data management, issues related to the valuation, use, processing, integration, optimization and protection of massive data in companies. Through an identification of the technical solutions and a presentation of the different "providers", this module also allows you to drive a Big Data project in a company, in particular via a common thread application case.
MODULE 3 Legal and Ethical Considerations
This last module provides an understanding of the various regulatory aspects related to the use of data, as well as ethical issues. It is not limited to a set of rules, but to understand the real and practical implications of AI solutions in business: impacts and challenges in terms of human resources, but also working methods (as we know that lack of knowledge of AI is likely to generate negative reactions within organizations), environmental impacts, AI of trust and responsibility, use of customer data, etc..
